This program is your opportunity to make serious progress in the weight room and prepare your body to not just survive the season—but thrive in it.

Designed by: Matt Micoliczyk, Full-Time D1 Lacrosse Strength Coach (one of just 75 in the country)
Target Audience: High school lacrosse players (boys & girls)
Goal: Build the strength, speed, and durability needed for elite-level performance
🗓️ How It Works:
Sold in 3-week training blocks
Each week includes 4 elite workouts (12 workouts per block)
Pick how long your offseason phase will be — purchase as many blocks as you'd like (up to 4 total)

All workouts are tailored to the needs of lacrosse athletes in the fall development phase
