The Upper Hand Practice Team is exactly what it sounds like, only practices! Our practice team take ZERO commitment to your weekend schedules. We spend about 60 minutes on the Wall Ball and Field, then Take it in to the JU lacrosse film room for film review and whiteboard talks.
